Description:

One of the smallest Salvias, a small - medium sized perennial with upright growth, violet blue flowers borne on beautiful spikes in Summer and Autumn. The flowering Sage is very attractive to bees and butterflies, with a sweet aroma that fills the air on warm days. 

Perfect for providing height and a great late splash of colour in your borders. An amazingly architectural alternative to wasteful annual bedding plants in containers as well.

Position: 

Any moist but free draining soil in a sunny position. 

Care: 

Water frequently to establish. Deadhead regularly to prolong flowering. Remove last years growth in the spring. 

This plant will be sent out ready to be planted straight from it's 9cm pot.
